My Journey

I was already a coach. I knew what to do. But when my doctor said I was prediabetic, I ignored it.
“Just lose a little weight, eat fewer carbs, move more,” he said. It didn’t sound urgent. So I waited.
Years went by. Then a new doctor told me the same thing - but this time, she mentioned medication. That hit different.
I felt ashamed. Frustrated. A little scared. I’d helped other people transform, but I was losing control of my own health.
That’s when I stopped avoiding and started changing. Not with extremes - but with real, lasting habits. And now I help others do the same.

Why I Do This

Because I know how easy it is to wait and how hard it is to face the truth. I’ve felt that slow creep of weight gain, exhaustion, and doubt. I’ve heard the quiet voice saying, “Maybe this is just how it is now.”
